Cooking Matters® is a cooking and nutrition class that empowers students with the skills to stretch their food budgets so adults and children can create healthy meals at home. Cooking Matters® serves families across the country through hands-on cooking courses and interactive grocery store tours. Students learn to shop smarter and use nutrition information to make healthier choices and cook delicious affordable meals.
Cooking Matters® for Teens is currently in session at the beautiful Bloom Community Farm. Cooking Matters® is made possible in part by the generosity of St. Luke’s Wood River Foundation.
