This October, in recognition of Hunger Awareness Month, The Hunger Coalition will be
hosting a special movie premiere to raise funds to feed the hungry in our community:
G-DOG: A story about Father Greg Boyle of Homeboy Industries and “Tattoos on the Heart,” a NY Times Best Seller.
Premiere: October 13th at The Opera House in Sun Valley. 7:00pm. Tickets $10
VIP Reception at the Boiler Room prior to the screening, 5:00pm. Meet two “Homies” (former gang members), along with Academy Award-winning filmmaker Freida Mock. Tickets for reception are $50 and include VIP seating for the screening; a limited number will be sold.
